An important consideration when looking to have current stationery printed is whether the format itself is printable. Whilst .jpg, .gif and .bmp formats are fine for the web they are not usually suitable for printing from. This is because on a normal PC you will base your measurements on the principal of 72 dpi, yet to print it works on a rate of 300 dpi.

The best formats for printing will be .eps, .tif, .ai or the original Illustrator, Freehand or Quark print files. These can be set up straight away and printed from quickly.

What if I have business stationery designed but no original artwork files?

If you have current stationery that you wish to print but do not have access to the print ready formats we can redraw the stationery artwork for you. Thus one of our graphic designers will reproduce and identical layout for you in a print friendly format so that the stationery is printable. This service is offered to our business clients for a small fee as there is extra time required to conduct the artworking to the highest specifications.

Printing Stationery
We can print your stationery on a range of paper stock from 100 gsm standard stock, to conqueror paper or even hops and beer paper and card! We recommend that when choosing paper and card stock clients chose a common type of stock for the cards and paper so that there is a consistency through out the stationery - though of course the final choice is always the clients.
